The overall objective of the programme is to develop presenters who can design and deliver presentations that are competent, professional and achieve their outcomes.
The programme will be divided into three components:
DAY ONE
Day one will cover:
Throughout the day people will be filmed giving short presentations. These films will form a development diary, for people to watch and observe their own progress. You will also be given an observer checklist to use when watching the film, so that you can spot your strengths and further development areas. (These films will not be shown during the programme).
Preparation period
Using the skill and knowledge gained on the day people can then revisit their existing presentations they give and make amendments, changes and improvements.
DAY TWO
This day will consist of each person delivering their presentation, with the rest of the group being their audience. The audience will ask appropriate questions, and then at the end of the presentation give feedback based on the observer checklist.

One day workshop topics:
The day will be very interactive, giving people practical tools that work in the real world. Each person will have the opportunity to take a “step back” from their role to think about how they can work more effectively, and manage the time challenges they face.
Telephone call follow-up:
After three weeks each person will be called and coached about how they have implemented their action plan. This call serves many purposes:
