Helen has been in the training and development field all her working life. Her experiences of managing people and managing training and development functions have given her a deep understanding of people, learning and introducing change. She has worked for companies in the manufacturing, financial services and engineering sector.
Helen set up Orange Pip in 2000, wanting to work with clients to help improve their performance. Since that time she has worked with a variety of clients, working with several thousand people and always maintained the highest level of integrity and value.

Steve Smith

Originally from an industrial relations background, Steve specialises in group facilitation and, in particular, groups that are in conflict. He most recently facilitated the development of a new relationship and procedures between managers and trade union officers at Royal and SunAlliance. Steve is also heavily involved in coaching and mentoring. His current clients include A C Neilsen and AEAT.
Steve's coaching style is based around 'empowering ' clients to identify and then take actions to enhance their personal or professional development. Steve has worked as a consultant and practising manager in the following sectors - government departments and agencies (Department for Work and Pensions, Insolvency Service, Police Complaints Authority), engineering (Alstom, Thales), financial services- insurance and banking (Lloyds TSB, Royal and SunAlliance), advanced technology and innovation (AEAT) and medical services (BUPA).
Steve has an MBA and is currently studying for an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice.

Rosanne Bernard

Rosanne has a background in Human Resource Management and specialises as a consultant in this area as well as in the fields of management and team and personal development.
As an enthusiastic trainer, facilitator and coach, she enjoys working with people who are keen to make a real difference and who are motivated by both professional and personal growth.
Whether working with individuals, teams or organisations, Rosanne helps people to focus on their goals, create solutions and achieve results back in the “real world”. Her pragmatic approach is based on a wealth of experience working with people across all levels of organisations, underpinned by a real understanding of the challenges facing companies today.
Rosanne is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Business Practitioner in NLP and has a background in Transactional Analysis.

Simon has a Science Degree, a Management Diploma, and is a Master Practitioner of NLP and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has been involved in organisational development and training for the past seventeen years, supporting organisations to make strategic business and cultural changes through training.
Prior to working as a training consultant in the UK and overseas, he was accountable for management development at Coventry City Council and running its training and consultancy business unit.
Simon uses a systemic approach in his work and is committed to developing people in the thinking and skills which cause them to think, decide and act with insight, clarity and commitment. He is in training to be a Transactional Analyst.

Jill Savage

Jill has worked in the management development field for over seventeen years within financial services, retailing and the public sector. As an independent training consultant she has specialised in inter-personal skills training, performance management, personal development and team and leadership programmes.
She is an authorised user of psychometric tests such as 16PF, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, FiroB, Saville and Holdsworth OPQ and a practitioner in Neuro-linguistic programming.
Her recent projects have included the design and delivery of a management development programme to support skills and culture change in a fast growing manufacturing company in the automotive industry. She has also designed and delivered inter-personal skills programmes plus support coaching for a major steel company.
She believes that we all have more potential than we could even dream of and part of her role is to help people to look for the key to unlock it all! If we can instil passion in all that we do then it makes us more vibrant, infectious, competent and we live more fully. She passionately believes that through development comes pivotal change that can be so empowering and transformational!

Kathy Stiff

Building on a career managing customer facing functions, Kathy specialises in the delivery of consultancy and training programmes that put the customer at the forefront of the organisation. Her consultancy works supports clients across many industries including the financial services, manufacturing, retail, leisure, charities, pharmaceuticals, public service and telecommunications sectors. Driven by the belief that behaviour breeds behaviour, Kathy's approach to development focuses on enhancing the ability of individuals to understand and manage their own responses in customer handling.
